Keith Kelly

Before pursuing his degree in architecture, Keith worked in the construction industry on educational, municipal and custom residences. After graduation from architectural school, Keith practiced architecture in Dallas, Texas, and was involved in designing and managing commercial health care and public sector projects around the nation. He also designed several custom and multifamily residential projects in the Dallas area.

Upon moving to Colorado, Keith has had the opportunity to become significantly involved in the design and management of large commercial and residential projects. He has been involved in projects in Steamboat Springs, and in many of Colorado's mountain resort communities, including Vail, Aspen, Carbondale and the Roaring Fork Valley and Summit County. Current projects are also underway in other national resort areas such as Lake Tahoe and Yosemite National Park.

Keith’s competent design capabilities, management skills, and construction knowledge increase the depth of architectural services KSA is able to provide its clients.

Tim Stone

Before he acquired his degree in Architecture, Tim worked in the construction industry on smaller residential projects in Denver and Boulder. Tim has also designed and built his own home in Clark, Colorado. The practical experience he has gained on the construction site is a great asset to our design team.

After graduation, Tim practiced in Denver, Colorado and was involved in designing and managing residential projects around the nation as well as locally in Denver.

After a year of practice in Denver, Tim went to work for CCA in Aspen, where he was involved in primarily high end residential projects in the Roaring Fork Valley.

Upon moving to the Yampa Valley, Tim continued to work for CCA and has had the opportunity to become involved in the design and management of large commercial and residential projects. He has been involved in projects not only in the Yampa Valley, but also in the Roaring Fork Valley, including Aspen, Carbondale and other regional projects.

Tim's competent design capabilities, management skills, and construction knowledge increase the depth of architectural services we are able to provide our clients.

Adam B. Wright

Born and raised in Maine, Adam was inspired by buildings and structures at an early age, in part as the son of a home builder and in part by an appreciation for drawings and artwork. After moving to Colorado following his undergraduate degree, Adam pursued his masters in Architecture, where he became passionate about progressive design solutions as well as the quality of detail inherent in well built and sustainable architecture.

Adam’s attention to detail and the components required to make a project successful complement his zeal for unique architectural solutions and well assembled buildings. He has the ability to adjust to a variety of project types and styles, making him a valuable asset to any project team.

Ryan Marsden - Named 2010 Young Professional of the Year

As a native of Steamboat Springs, Ryan Marsden is making his mark as a designer and project manager with Kelly & Stone Architects. After receiving a Bachelor’s of Environmental Design in 2007 from the University of Colorado, Ryan could not resist returning to the Yampa Valley to pursue his love of design and the outdoors. He has recently received LEED Accreditation from the US Green Building Council and thrives on the innovation, creativity, and problem solving of his job. Ryan also sits on the Board of Advisors as the Chairman of the Fresh Air Committee for the Young Professionals Network of Steamboat. When not on the clock, Ryan can be found either with his dog Rocky (one of the resident dogs on the KSA team) or on his ski(s) out at the lake in the summer or on the mountain in the winter.

Thomas D. Davis

Raised in a 19th century home in the Berkshire Mountains of New England, Tom has always had an appreciation for architecture as an expression of place. Tom’s travels have taken him to 35 countries and 46 States with an affinity toward the mountainous regions of the world. After settling into the Yampa Valley for a decade, Tom returned to the University of Colorado for a Master’s degree in Architecture. Tom’s career goals are focused upon protecting and contributing to the unique built heritage of the Yampa Valley.

While at the University of Colorado, Tom focused on sustainable design and historic preservation issues. Tom assisted in the documentation of the Rehder Ranch for the Historic American Building Survey. He has also been involved with various community service projects including the renovation of a schoolhouse in Nepal and the construction of a climber’s refuge in Ecuador.
